Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Try dbHydrate free before you buy, and if it is not right for you, this policy explains when you can get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can get a full refund on your first purchase of a subscription if you ask within 14 days of the charge. The license key stops working when the refund is made.

Renewals

• Yearly and multi-year renewals can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.
• Monthly renewals are not refundable.

Cancelling

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account. Your license keeps working until the end of the term you paid for. We do not refund unused time after the 14 days above.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the difference in full.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds are at our discretion. After a partial refund your license stays active unless we tell you otherwise.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank. A dispute suspends the license until it is resolved.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your license key or invoice number. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
